The Hurache-X Power 2 is the one to get if you want Power 2 pace in a true elongated with a long handle, and only 11 paddles I've tested hit harder. It's the elongated shape of 11SIX24's Power 2 line, a 16mm full foam paddle with HexGrit on the face, 16.5 inches long with a 6 inch handle. It drives hard, only five elongated paddles I've tested spin more, and it gives you reach and room for a two-handed backhand. What it asks for is a clean soft game, because it scored 32 out of 100 for control, and only 35 paddles I've tested score lower. That's why I'd only buy it for the reach. If you don't need the full elongated length, the Ultré Power 2 hits about as hard for the same price with far more control. And if you can wait for a pre-order, the Honolulu J6CR Crystal Blue gives you far more control for less money. The Hurache-X Power 2 is approved by UPA-A only, so it isn't legal in USA Pickleball sanctioned events. As of October 21, 2026, it's in stock on 11SIX24's store. It's $209.99, or $199.99 with the code STSPICKLEBALL. I earn a commission when you use my codes.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • It scored 92 out of 100 for power, and only 11 paddles I've tested hit harder.
  • It's one of only two elongated paddles I've tested that score 89 or better for power, pop and spin all together. The other one is the RPM Q2 Elongated.
  • It spun 2,354 RPM in my spin test, and only five elongated paddles I've tested spin more. In my wear test, HexGrit lost about 1% of its spin over 75 games.
  • The 6 inch handle has plenty of room for a two-handed backhand, and only two paddles I've tested have a longer handle.

Cons

  • It scored 32 out of 100 for control, and only 35 paddles I've tested score lower. Your resets and drops have to be clean.
  • It has the smallest sweet spot and the lowest twist weight of the four Power 2 shapes, so a ball off the edge costs you more than it would on the Ultré or the Vapor. Its sweet spot score of 64 out of 100 is still clearly bigger than the average elongated's 52, though.
  • Swing weight is how heavy the paddle feels when you swing it, and lower means faster hands. Its swing weight of 115.2 is about the same as the Ultré Power 2's 113.8 but a little heavier than the Vapor Power 2's 110.6, so it's a step slower than the Vapor in a fast hands battle.
  • It's approved by UPA-A only, which keeps it out of USA Pickleball sanctioned events.

Quick answers

Is the Hurache-X Power 2 USA Pickleball approved?

No. 11SIX24's product page lists UPA-A approval only, so you can use it in UPA-A events like PPA qualifiers but not in USA Pickleball sanctioned events. If you need USA Pickleball approval, the MARK unMARKed 2026 further down is the elongated I'd look at.

Hurache-X Power 2 or Hurache-X Jelly Bean 2?

The Power 2 if you score with pace, and the Jelly Bean 2 if your soft game needs help. They share the same 16.5 by 7.5 inch shape, the same 6 inch handle and the same HexGrit face, and spin is about the same, at 2,354 RPM on the Power 2 against 2,395 RPM on the Jelly Bean 2. The Power 2 has clearly more power, with a power score of 92 out of 100 against 73, and clearly more pop, 89 against 73. It also has a clearly bigger sweet spot, 64 against 50. The Jelly Bean 2 has far more control, scoring 54 to the Power 2's 32, and it's soft and quiet where the Power 2 is firm and hollow. The Jelly Bean 2 is $169.99, or $159.99 with the code STSPICKLEBALL, so it's $40 less.

Is the Hurache-X Power 2 better than the original Hurache-X Power?

It's better for pace and worse for touch. The original Hurache-X Power is a Gen 3 honeycomb paddle with a raw peel-ply face and USA Pickleball approval. The Power 2 is full foam with HexGrit and UPA-A approval only. The Power 2 has clearly more power, a power score of 92 out of 100 against 81, far more pop, 89 against 66, and more spin, at 2,354 RPM against 2,286 RPM. The original has far more control, 73 against 32, and the sweet spot is about the same on both. The original is $99.99, or $89.99 with the code STSPICKLEBALL, and its warranty is 6 months. If the original already gives you enough pace, the Power 2 trades away a lot of control to give you more.

Does the Hurache-X Power 2 hit as hard as the Selkirk Boomstik?

Close, but not quite. Ten owners from March to August 2026 said it hit softer than they expected, and two of them were comparing it with a Selkirk Boomstik. My numbers agree on that comparison, because the Boomstik Elongated scored 97 out of 100 for power, a little more than the Hurache-X Power 2's 92. Only 11 paddles I've tested hit harder than the Hurache-X Power 2, and the Boomstik Elongated is one of them.

Firm, crisp and hollow, and swings a little lighter than the average elongated

So, the Hurache-X Power 2 plays firm and crisp at contact, with a hollow, resonant sound. It's in the same stiff and hollow family as the rest of the Power 2 line, and it's a touch firmer than the Vapor Power 2. That comes from the build, a full foam core under a face with a fiberglass layer between two carbon layers, which adds stiffness and spring. If you want a soft, dense, quiet feel in this same shape, that's the Hurache-X Jelly Bean 2.

For an elongated, it isn't slow. Its swing weight of 115.2 is a little lighter than the average elongated's, which is about 118, and about seven in ten elongated paddles I've tested swing heavier. Next to the Vapor Power 2, though, it swings a little heavier, since the Vapor comes in at 110.6, and it's about the same as the Ultré Power 2's 113.8. That's the price of the extra length.

It may also settle a little with use. Four owners from June to August 2026 said it softened a bit as they played it, and one owner said his hadn't changed after 30 to 40 games. None of those four described a face failure, which I cover further down.

Drives, serves and put-aways

Drives and serves are why you buy this paddle. It scored 92 out of 100 for power, which is clearly more than the average elongated's 80, and only six elongated paddles I've tested hit harder. The 16.5 inch length gives you a longer lever, so a full swing from the baseline drives through the ball, and you get extra reach on overheads and put-aways.

Spin is what lets you swing that hard. The Hurache-X Power 2 spun 2,354 RPM in my spin test, for a spin score of 89 out of 100, which is more spin than the average elongated's 2,278 RPM. A hard topspin drive or serve dips into the court instead of sailing long, so you can take a full cut and still keep it in.

Speed-ups and counters

At the net, it's poppy. Pop is the pace you get off short swings, and the Hurache-X Power 2 scored 89 out of 100 for pop, which is clearly more than the average elongated's 74. So a speed-up or a counter comes off the face fast without a big swing. The reach helps you get to balls wide of your body, too. What it doesn't give you is the quickest hands in the line, so in a fast exchange, the lighter Vapor Power 2 is quicker to get back in front of the ball.

Dinks, resets and third-shot drops

This is where the Hurache-X Power 2 asks the most of you. Control and sweet spot are my scores from the same ball-machine dink, drop and reset drills every paddle gets. It scored 32 out of 100 for control, which is clearly less than the average elongated's 45, so a reset you push or a drop you rush comes off hot and sits up. The spring that makes counters so fast also gives pace back on soft shots. Because this face adds pace on its own, loosen your grip and shorten your stroke on resets and drops more than you would with a softer paddle like the Hurache-X Jelly Bean 2.

11SIX24 says the Power 2 core dials back to a soft, predictable feel on dinks and resets. My control score doesn't back that up for this shape. The grit does help on the dink itself, though, because a topspin dink dips fast and gives you a little more room over the net.

Mishits

Mishits are a mixed bag. Its sweet spot scored 64 out of 100, which is clearly bigger than the average elongated's 52, and only 19 elongated paddles I've tested have a bigger one. But its twist weight of 6.01 is low, and about seven in ten elongated paddles I've tested have a higher one. Twist weight is how much the face resists twisting when you miss the center, and a narrow 7.5 inch face doesn't carry much weight out at the edges. So a ball off the edge twists the face more than it would on the average elongated, and it's the least forgiving of the four Power 2 shapes. Lead or tungsten tape at 3 and 9 o'clock raises twist weight and steadies the face, with a little added swing weight. Four owners from March to September 2026 who added weight said it steadied their off-center shots.

The Power 2 build, stretched into a 16.5 inch elongated

Inside is the same build as every Power 2 shape. It's a thermoformed 16mm full foam core with MPP foam in the center, EVA foam around the perimeter and foam in the edges. The face is carbon, then fiberglass, then carbon, with HexGrit on top, which is the grit 11SIX24 builds into the face. It's 16.5 inches long and 7.5 inches wide, with a 6 inch handle and a 4.125 inch grip circumference.

My numbers line up with that build. Against other 16mm full foam elongated paddles, a group that hits hard and gives up a lot of control, the Hurache-X Power 2 has about the same power and control, with a little more pop and a little bigger sweet spot. So its low control is normal for this kind of paddle, and it does a little better than average on pop and forgiveness.

The grit is doing the spin work, not the core. Against other 16mm elongated paddles with a raw peel-ply face, it spins more. Against ones with a grit face, it spins about the same. And in my wear test, HexGrit lost about 1% of its spin over 75 games.

11SIX24 lists 8.0 to 8.3 oz, a swing weight of 114 to 118 and a twist weight of 6.25 to 6.5. My swing weight of 115.2 lands inside that range, and my twist weight of 6.01 came in under it.

The warranty is 12 months, and 11SIX24 asks you to register it within 30 days of purchase. You get 30 days to return it, with a $10 return shipping fee whether the paddle is new or used. It came out on March 6, 2026, and as of October 21, 2026, 11SIX24's store shows all three colors, Teal, Lavender and White, available at $209.99.

Face separation hit spring 2026 buyers, and the store reports stopped in May

The biggest owner issue has been the face coming apart from the core. At least 11 owners reported it in customer reviews on 11SIX24's store between March 27 and May 12, 2026. They described a wooden or echoing sound, lost pop, or a face that bulged or separated within days to a few weeks. A failed face sounds dead and flat instead of crisp and resonant, and it loses the pop it had at first. A few more owners posted about it in YouTube comments into about August 2026, for paddles they'd bought earlier. A few owners said 11SIX24 replaced theirs quickly.

As of October 21, 2026, I haven't found a new report since August 2026, and 11SIX24 hasn't announced a fix, so register the warranty as soon as your paddle arrives.

On the good side, nine owners from March to October 2026 said it gives them power with control at the kitchen, and four said the 6 inch handle works well for a two-handed backhand. That control praise makes sense if you're coming from an even hotter paddle, like the Bread & Butter Loco Elongated. It matches the Hurache-X Power 2 at 92 out of 100 for power but scored only 21 out of 100 for control. Against everything I've tested, though, only 35 paddles score lower for control than the Hurache-X Power 2's 32.

Hurache-X Power 2 or Honolulu J6CR Crystal Blue?

The J6CR Crystal Blue is the closest alternative in price and shape. Both are 16mm full foam elongated paddles with a 6 inch handle and a durable grit face, and both are approved by UPA-A only. The J6CR Crystal Blue is $195.00, or $175.50 with the code STS10, so it's $14.99 less at list and $24.49 less with the codes.

On my scores, the J6CR Crystal Blue wins more of them. It has far more control, 69 out of 100 against 32, so resets and drops are far easier to keep down. It spins more, at 2,424 RPM against 2,354 RPM, and it has a little bigger sweet spot, 72 against 64. It also swings a little lighter, with a swing weight of 111.27 against 115.2. The Hurache-X Power 2 has a little more power, 92 against 87, and pop comes out about the same. Both grits held up in my wear test, and each one lost about 1% of its spin over 75 games.

What can decide it is getting one. As of October 21, 2026, Honolulu's page shows the 12th pre-order batch of the J6CR Crystal Blue sold out and says the 13th batch ships November 13, 2026. The Hurache-X Power 2 is in stock now.

So unless you need a paddle right away, I'd get the J6CR Crystal Blue. Get the Hurache-X Power 2 if you need a paddle now, or if a little more power on drives matters more to you than control and your soft game is already clean.

11SIX24 Ultré Power 2, $209.99, or $199.99 with code STSPICKLEBALL

If you don't need the full elongated length, this is the better Power 2. It's the same price, with the same core and HexGrit face, and power, pop and spin all come out about the same. The Ultré Power 2 has far more control, 58 out of 100 against 32, and a clearly bigger sweet spot, 76 against 64, and swing weight is about the same, 113.8 against 115.2. You give up length, since it's a 16.35 inch hybrid, and its 5.5 inch handle is half an inch shorter, though it still leaves room for two hands. The Vapor Power 2 is the same story at the same price, with a control score of 65 against 32, a little lighter swing and a 5.75 inch handle. Both are approved by UPA-A only, like the Hurache-X Power 2.

MARK unMARKed 2026, $189.99, or $170.99 with code STSPICKLEBALL

For USA Pickleball events, this is the elongated I'd look at. It's $20 less at list and $29 less with the codes. Power, pop, spin and sweet spot all come out about the same, and the unMARKed 2026 has clearly more control, 45 out of 100 against 32. It swings a little lighter too, with a swing weight of 112.2 against 115.2, and its 5.75 inch handle has room for two hands. MARK lists USA Pickleball approval only, with no UPA-A. As of October 21, 2026, it's a pre-order, and MARK says new orders ship November 13, 2026.

Enhance MPP Turbo ArmorGrit Elongated, $119.99, or $99.99 with code STSPICKLEBALL

This is the value pick, at $90 less at list and $100 less with the codes. Power, spin and sweet spot come out about the same, and the ArmorGrit Elongated has far more control, 53 out of 100 against 32, for a little less pop, 82 against 89. It swings a little lighter, at 112.8 against 115.2, its 5.7 inch handle has room for two hands, and it's USA Pickleball approved. Enhance's warranty covers just the core, for one year.

Selkirk Boomstik Elongated, $333

If money isn't the issue, the Boomstik Elongated beats the Hurache-X Power 2 on every one of my scores except spin, and swing weight is about the same, 117 against 115.2. It has a little more power, 97 out of 100 against 92, clearly more pop, 99 against 89, a clearly bigger sweet spot, 74 against 64, and far more control, 56 against 32. Spin is about the same, at 2,305 RPM against 2,354 RPM. It's USA Pickleball approved, and the warranty is lifetime. The code INF-STSPICKLEBALL doesn't lower the price, but it adds a $40 Selkirk gift card. Even so, it's $123.01 more than the Hurache-X Power 2 at list.

Get it for reach and drives if your soft game is clean, and skip it if your resets float

Play an elongated for the reach or the two-handed backhand, win points with drives and serves, and already have soft hands? The Hurache-X Power 2 gives you pace, pop and spin with the longest handle in the Power 2 line, and you can order it today. If you can wait for a pre-order, the J6CR Crystal Blue gives you far more control for less.

Skip it if your resets and drops still pop up, because a control score of 32 out of 100 won't help them. Skip it if you play USA Pickleball sanctioned events. And if you don't need the full elongated length, get the Ultré Power 2, which hits about as hard for the same price with far more control.
